Growth/Maturity Model vision: wide collaboration in creating maturity models for all of life, using all we know & learn, personally filterable per readiness.

• Why have maturity models?:
• Each person: Decide if this is right for you (i.e., worth trying at least, or God's will, His plan), and when so, make plans to carry it out.
• Core purpose: to help in learning and growing the easy way (learning from experience of others), instead of the hard way (trial and error), as much as possible.
• We can try to be better individuals, and make the world a better place with others.
• So, an individual can readily access (& help create) an optimal selection of the best ideas from all, as pertinent to his/her own current readiness and choices.
• Growth, development, fun, and joy.
• Like Harvard case studies, for everything: not to dictate a life, but to reduce learning things the hard way & provide the wisdom of experience, systematically.
• A key goal: to collaboratively solve problems once instead of repeatedly, & to find best practices "just in time", for all of life.
• This is all intended to enable and enhance individual choice, ability, customization -- and mentoring.
• Seeking a solution to the problem of a contest between interesting new books and what's trendy, vs timeless classic principles in the old books.
