Prerequisite: means of communication that works

• I can help them with email (filter things, sort by folder and what to go back to, have a to-do list that this is part of that you check periodically, habits)
• OR, text them but let me know when is a good or bad time.
• OR, in person if I know the schedule or procedure.
• OR, paper mail, possibly legal process service. Don't want to get there.
