Once one has learned something from the Spirit, it can be important to write down about the experience and what was learned, in a journal for review.

• This is because otherwise it is easy for us to forget our feelings.
• We also need to do what we should to nourish that knowledge regularly and help it grow.
• Faith starts as a seed, to be *tested* and see if it grows and for its effects, then learned from diligently: Alma 32:26-43
