Review/practice it a few times mentally, so it is largely (all?)memorized, so you can look at the people and listen to/respond to the Spirit instead of reading.

• It helps me to do this right up until the delivery (ie, while waiting), so it is fresher in my memory and I can then speak to the people, not to the podium.
• If possible give it some time (hours or days), then repeat/review/edit as per the above, practice more, pray more.
• Possibly, review, edit, practice word-for-word, & time the sections. Consider doing like a good one I saw did: simplicity, clarity, sincerity, testimony.
