What part of the Saviors teachings suggest raising our voices to each other?

• They do suggest mourning w those that mourn, listening, caring, helping. Not exceeding our limits, becoming irresponsible or susceptible to evil.
• Even He had quiet periods, when resting, praying, or sometimes when mocked etc. He used prayer and effort to seek guidance, help, and wisdom.
• He has given us teachings and His servants (representatives) who can help us, too.
