There is emphasis on serving each other and our neighbors (humanity) whether or not they share our beliefs, and a very large worldwide humanitarian effort...

• This includes zero % of the $ going to administrative costs: 100% going to help those in need.
• Latter-day Saint Charities
• Humanitarian aid (extensive) $1Billion/y or more? plus extensive volunteer hours (some full-time)
• There is also a system to "love each other in an organized way": ministering to individuals and families to help their needs be met, physically and spiritually.
• We are encouraged to fast (skip 2 meals) monthly, and give the $ saved to those in need (where also 100% goes to the needy, zero admin overhead)
• Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints make promises with God to help others. No one has to be alone in hard times.
