Not touching one's face is *hard* sometimes, but probably is still a skill to practice. HERE ARE SOME TIPS.
It seems worth it, to not catch serious illness, then spread it to others that might be less healthy than you.
Maybe sometimes you can use your shoulder instead, if it is clean, to touch your face, instead of your hands.
Maybe you can carry a tissue or napkin, folded, and in a pinch, only touch the clean inside of it to your face. Bonus: also could catch coughs/sneezes.
