One of the best things I can recommend is getting control of finances, instead of letting others and money control you. It makes life better!

• List of free(?) finance classes or materials:
• "One for the money" (good booklet/talk on personal/family finances)
• Here are some (free?) intro materials on Dave Ramsey's 7 "baby steps" (very good; no affiliation but customer).
• BYU personal finance courses (If someone finds free materials for this pls send me a message (see footer)! I once heard this was free but not seeing it now.)
• (In at least one of the below free Church finance courses, you meet with people who actually help you do it, as they are working thru it at the same time.)

• Church finance/welfare/provident living course(s): excellent, life-changing courses, say some who have been through them.
