During that 20 seconds or so I would turn in my hymnbook to where I had prepared (with bookmarks or paper clips) some hymns that I knew well.

• ...especially ones about the Savior, peace, love -- soothing, reverent, sacred, quiet music that was perhaps known and very loved by the listeners.
• Some primary songs can work well also, but you probably want to choose/practice them similarly in advance.
