• ROR or parliamentary procedure seems for situations for when groups make legally binding decisions, ie, needing to specify the rules in bylaws?
• The benefits seems to be: get the work done in an organized way, everyone gets to speak when they should, can be efficient & flexible too, can have consensus.
• Efficient, fair, majority vote.
