Downsides?: to get agreement, it might get a hybrid of bad ideas. Hopefully with ROR, it comes up with a good idea (ignoring bad, more).

• Some say it can lead to coercion, frustration, and/or lack of decisions.
• Of course, ROR tries to mitigate a possible downside of ignoring minority, by giving everyone a chance to speak, within reason.
