We are encouraged to fast (skip 2 meals) monthly, and give the $ saved to those in need (where also 100% goes to the needy, zero admin overhead)

There is emphasis on serving each other and our neighbors (humanity) whether or not they share our beliefs, and a very large worldwide humanitarian effort...
