On not touching face and other cautions for covid-19 (the illness caused by the new coronavirus in early 2020 news), flus, etc.

• First of all, I emphasize: even with viruses, changing markets, fires, war, commotions, etc., these things are not surprises to the Lord, and we can have peace.
• Not touching one's face is *hard* sometimes, but probably is still a skill to practice. HERE ARE SOME TIPS.
• And, hand hygiene: when in your own home or car, it seems nice to be able to relax a little and be able to touch your face. SO...
• I gather that the reason to be careful is not just to avoid illness, but to protect the most vulnerable and not slam the healthcare system all at once.
• If that bothers you, there is still a likelihood that you will make someone sick sometime, who might be weaker than you.
• (Of course, covering coughs with tissues or arm/shoulder sounds good too, to not spread things before symptoms arise.)
• Of course, also for protecting others: if sick, call doctor 1st before going in, self-isolating *prudently*, etc per the "suggested virus guidelines" here.
• Or just let it all go, and accept the consequences. (But, I think math and epidemiology are not imaginary subjects :).
